RESCHEDULING AND CANCELING TRIPS
Bahia Aventuras S.A. reserves the right to Cancel or Reschedule any trip due to:
- Insufficient sign-ups
- Bad weather
- Natural disasters
- Factors outside our control
In the event of such cancellation, those with reservations shall be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of payments made will be given. Bahia Aventuras S.A. and participating agents are not responsible for any expenses incurred for non-refundable air tickets, equipment, medical costs, etc.
REFUNDS
Refunds requested by participants are given under the following terms:
- 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded when the reservation is cancelled 5 days or more prior to the tour date.
- 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded when the reservation is cancelled between 2 and 4 days prior to the tour date.
- 0% – no refund will be granted for “no shows” or reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the tour date and time.
